Wrong
Wrong: What do you do when 1/2 of the U.S. votes for the wrong person?

This is a sculpture in the Somarts Gallery Day of the Dead Exhibition, by the progressive artist Jos Sances. He's the same artist who did this piece.

The sculpture is of the grim reaper masquerading as Gee Dubya Bush (complete with coat and tie and fancy cowboy boots) holding a flag-draped coffin in one hand and a sickle in the other. Oil wells gush merrily in the background, and the skins of both paper mache porkers feature the names of the large corporations who have profited from the war in Iraq: Bechtel, Northrop Grumman, Boeing.

For this week's Moody Monday.
