Thanks to Chocolate & Zuchinni and The Food Section I was inspired to make a tartine (open-faced sandwich) for breakfast ... er ... brunch: lovely flaky brioche bread, super rich mascarpone cheese drizzled with honey and sprinkled with almond chunks ...
