Graham Holliday has my dream job, and he writes a fabulous food blog called
noodle pie from Vietnam. I've come to realise, though, through sad experience, that I really oughtn't visit too often, since most of the time I'm unable to satiate my tummy-rumbly cravings brought upon by his mouth-watering food photographs and descriptions. I was exceptionally surprised and deeply honoured therefore, to have made his
