Here are a couple of his articles on the Abu Ghraib torture scandal: Torture and Truth As a complement to his articles, there's this tome in the NYT from today, which among other things, describes how a majority of the prisoners at Guantanamo are innocent; that the harsh torture methods are probably radicalizing more militants rather than providing truly valuable, actionable intelligence; and how generally ill-informed and ineptly put-together the "let's capture Osama" operation is.
